The resort is being developed in stages on the 200,000-sqm hillcrest at the foot of the Klinovec skiing area with views of the German skiing area Oberwiesenthal.

The resort itself is located at 950 m above sea level, boasting spectacular views of Klinovec  and Fichtelberg.
